Eric Bell

Eric is an accomplished strategic business development leader with expertise in managing customer relationships, identifying investment opportunities, assessing risk, structuring deals, development, redevelopment, asset repositioning, and optimizing P&L. Over the past 25 years Eric has spent his real estate focused career working for various large national industry leaders including: US Bank Commercial Real Estate Group, UDR (national apartment REIT) and TransMontaigne (Midstream Energy MLP).

Eric earned his B.S.B.A. in Real Estate and Construction Management as well as a M.B.A. Finance from the University of Denver Daniels College of Business.

He still owns the first house he bought right out of college and continues to grow and manage a personal portfolio of rental and vacation properties. Originally from Philadelphia, Eric couldn’t wait to get to the mountains of Colorado and now enjoys living the active outdoor lifestyle with his wife, a top producing Realtor at Kentwood Cherry Creek, and two children.
