Katherine Finch

Human Resources Manager

Katherine is a skilled Human Resources Manager. She has experience in Employee Relations, Personnel and Performance Management, Employee Training, Onboarding, and New Hire Orientation. Prior to joining Tangible Wealth Solutions, Katherine worked for Nordstrom for more than ten years. While at Nordstrom she managed several different sales departments and was then promoted into Human Resources. She spent some time at the Park Meadows location and then was promoted to the Corporate Credit Office and later moved to the Nordstrom Corporate Data Center.

Katherine is a strong human resources professional with a BS focused in Apparel and Merchandising from Colorado State University.

Outside of work, Katherine enjoys spending time with her husband and 3 young children. She is an active member of the PTO at her children’s school and a member of the Greek Orthodox Ladies Philoptochos Society.
